Reserving Your Spot
How do I reserve my spot?
Fill out the RSVP form on the RSVP page. Select your package and how much you'd like to pay upfront. We'll send you a Stripe invoice within 24 hours. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.
What does the deposit cover?
Your deposit is the first installment of your total package — not a separate fee. It applies in full to your balance. It holds your spot and tells us you're in. Rooms fill in order of deposit received.
When is the deposit due?
By June 7, 2026. After that date we cannot guarantee availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

The Weekend
What to Expect
Is this adults only?
Yes — this is an intentional adults only (21+) experience. Given the nature of the weekend — late nights, open bar, and an intimate setting — we are not able to accommodate guests under 21. We love your little ones and hope you can arrange care for the weekend.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the intimate nature of the property and limited space at Villa Cariola, we are not able to accommodate additional plus ones beyond what is listed in your package.
Couples rooms are reserved for couples — guests who are married, engaged, or in a committed relationship. If you are attending solo, please reserve a solo room. If you have questions about your specific situation, reach us at bryan.sanaa.8@gmail.com and we will work it out with you personally.
What is the dress code?
Think elevated and intentional for each occasion:

What is included in my package?
Every package includes: 3 nights accommodation at Villa Cariola, breakfast every morning, a welcome dinner, a retreat dinner, the wedding gala dinner, a farewell breakfast, open bar throughout the weekend, wine and olive oil tasting from the estate, and a round-trip private shuttle from Verona Airport.
Please note: Lunch is not included. There are great options at the villa restaurant and in the surrounding area during free time each day.
What meals are provided?
Breakfast every morning, three dinners — a welcome dinner on arrival night, a dinner on the retreat day, and the wedding gala dinner — plus a farewell breakfast on departure morning. Lunch each day is on your own. The villa has a restaurant and there are local options nearby.

Getting There & Good to Know
What airport should I fly into?
Verona Catullo (VRN) is the best option — about 35km from Villa Cariola and 30 minutes from Verona city center. Milan Malpensa (MXP) is a good alternative with more international connections, about 1.5 hours from Verona by train. Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY) is another option for budget airlines.
Is the shuttle really included?
Yes, completely. A private group shuttle departs from a central pickup point in Verona on Saturday morning, September 18, and returns you to Verona on Tuesday morning. The exact time and location will be confirmed closer to the date. The shuttle is included in all packages at no extra cost.
What if I want to stay off-site?
You are welcome to stay independently, that is what the Weekend Pass is for. Once your spot is confirmed we will send personalized accommodation recommendations near Villa Cariola on Lake Garda. You will still be included in the Verona shuttle both ways.
When will the exact shuttle time and location be confirmed?
We will send all guests the exact shuttle pickup time and location approximately 4 weeks before the wedding — by late August 2027. You will receive this information by email.
Do I need a visa to visit Italy?
US and UK passport holders do not need a visa for stays under 90 days. Italy is part of the Schengen Area. Guests from other countries should check their specific requirements with their embassy or a travel advisor well in advance of the trip.
Should I get travel insurance?
Yes, strongly. This is a destination event with a non-refundable cancellation policy after March 1, 2027. Travel insurance protects your investment in case of illness, flight cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend purchasing it as soon as you pay your deposit.
What currency is used in Italy?
The Euro. We recommend having some cash on hand for personal expenses during free time — lunches, local exploring, tips. Most places in Italy accept major credit cards. Your package covers accommodation, dinners, breakfast and open bar so additional spending will be minimal.
Where is the wedding taking place?
At Villa Cariola — an 18th-century Venetian estate on the hills above Lake Garda in Caprino Veronese, Italy. We are taking over the entire property for the weekend. September 18–21, 2027.
